When you use many of these books, you need to check the INDEX and look for important subject terms: king, queen, ruler, monarch, absolutism--and the names of important people.  When you have the name of a king look for the first name followed by a roman number (Leo X).  If the person has a first and last name look for the last name, first name.

Also be aware of possible alternate spellings of names.  For example, several references can be found throughout these resources to Suleyman The Magnificent.
